Description
Create a beautifully pieced, crazy-quilted book cover featuring a 5 signature paper text block. Using your own fabric scraps or selecting from a small assortment provided, you’ll piece your own unique cover, and learn a few simple embroidery stitches in which to enhance your design. Bring your sewing machine and basic tools, or optionally you can choose to hand-sew the pieced cover together. This class blends improvisation, tradition, and personal expression to create a one-of-a-kind keepsake. Samples will be available for inspiration, and students will have a finished project approximately 6” x 9” x 1 1/2” by the end of the class.
